It is Moore Property Management Services’ goal not only to provide a comprehensive Property Management Service but also to contribute to the community’s well-being and to help create a comfortable, harmonious environment for all owners and residents.
Moore Property Management Services recognizes the need for good customer service, sound management of the various tasks required by Community Associations, courteous, prompt, and responsive action to customer concerns, and effective management of the Association’s statutory affairs. MPM will work closely with the appointed Board of Directors to ensure careful management and control of the Association’s finances.
Moore Property Management Services employs experienced, licensed property managers to maintain high standards and protect the investment value of the properties it manages.
Our HISTORY
Moore Property Management Services was founded in 1980 to provide property management for Condominiums and HOAs in the historic downtown district of Old Naples.
During the 1980’s through the 1990’s, the Naples area began to flourish. Both Collier and Lee County continued to grow. This growth was not only in land development but also in population. Recognizing the need for a property management company in the Naples area to serve this growing industry, the decision was made in 1999 to merge with Condominium Managers, Inc. The name Moore Property Management Services was retained to represent our company.
From that point forward, Moore Property Management Services has continued to grow and is recognized as one of the leading property management companies in Southwest Florida and among the most respected in this industry.
